PURPOSE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION
Electrodes НЖ-13 Plasma are used for welding responsible structures of corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel-molybdenum steels of the brands 10Х17Н13М2Т, 10Х17Н13М3Т, 08Х21Н6М2Т, AISI316Ti, X2CrNiMoN225 and the like, operating at a temperature of +350°C, when the weld metal has strict requirements for resistance against intercrystalline corrosion. Welds in all spatial positions except vertical from top to bottom, with direct current of reverse polarity.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- used when welding in all spatial positions;
- perform welding with direct current of reverse polarity;
- welding is performed without further heat treatment with a short arc, the edges are cleaned before welding.
REDRYING BEFORE WELDING
- permissible moisture content in the coating before use is no more than 0.2%;
- in case of wetting of the electrode coating above the norm - dry for 60 minutes at 250±10°C.

Welding should be carried out with a direct current of reverse polarity, "+" on the electrode, with an arc voltage of 23...27 V.
